- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you should know that I work with some of the best Travel vendors/suppliers in the industry. I have great relationships with my BDM (Business Development Managers) in my area. You will have top notch competitive pricing, awesome payment plans and some exclusive specials/deals/discounts that some of my preferred vendors may be offering for me to give to you (My Clients)!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Process usually starts with the gathering of information which I will send you a client profile form via email to follow and return. The I usually get you a choice of 3 options unless you have a specific place or type that you want. Once you confirm on one of the Choices we will move into deposit or full payment, your confirmation email and the opportunity to ask any questions about the upcoming destination that you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my Travel Agent University Course. Been awarded Dream Maker Certification. Become a Vacation Builder and a Travel Genius recipient. I have also included some of my trainings in the photos in my profile.
