Jason is upbeat, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and fun!! Our first session was a discussion about my fitness goals, my diet, and my pertinent history. (I am a lapsed marathon runner, middle-aged female, have a couple of medical issues, struggle with body comp--normal BMI but overfat...you get the picture). I had already gained some muscle and lost 10+ pounds in the months before meeting Jason. He swept in and continues to push me toward my goals. My strength training sessions with him (2x per week) leave me sore – he does not go easy on you! He gives great dietary advice. He is super-enthusiastic about his role and you can tell he has a real passion for sharing what he knows. He explains things, so you learn to connect “what to do” with “why you should”.
All of which leads to success: I am building muscle! Jason has my full endorsement, I would recommend him to anyone seeking to improve body strength/fitness!!
