After so many disappointments AND ATTEMPTS to file our income tax with several well-known major income tax service companies. IT WAS A VERY REFRESHING AND ASSURING feeling to find Ms Dionne Cheshier. we really appreciated the fact that she was able and willing to file our taxes on a major holiday was just beyond words. she made us feel like if we were long-time personal friends on our first of too many future meetings. because, needless to say, we became costumers for life. thank you Ms. Cheshier. sincerly; J.       I worked with Christy Sanders for one year, during which time she transcribed 40 interviews. Each interview was two to three hours long. These interviews were conducted with older adults for my PhD dissertation in Social Work. Christy's rates were very reasonable for my budget as a graduate student. Her turn around time was quick. Her accuracy was outstanding. I was especially impressed because she did a great job of transcribing the voices of frail older adults and was also able to accurately transcribe interviews with a lot of background noise. I was impressed with all aspects of how professionally she did her job. We exchanged information on Dropbox and by email and she was always prompt at answering my concerns or questions. Several times when I need a file changed to a different format -- she was very helpful and pleasant. There is nothing that could be improved. I had a great experience working with Christy! Her transcription made that part of my dissertation very easy and gave me the freedom to work on other parts of the project. I would definitely use her again in the future!

        Pam helped me with one of many of my disastrous rooms in my house. It was the catch all of catch all's. From decorations, to furniture I was able to see a light at the end of the tunnel and really consolidate, throw out and donate. I will be calling her again!!
