- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is bottomed out at a bargain price due to the little overhead of a newer small independent family owned company COMPARED TO A MUCH LARGER BUSSINESS in my opinion my prices will not be acceptable for much longer if I plan on growing as a small business so TAKE ADVANTAGE WHILE YOU CAN.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process is to gain knowledge of my customer,there needs and what I'll need to do the job. present the customer with a price. when customer contacts me I gain full knowledge of proposed work , the customer and their needs . then confirm pricing with customer and schedule a time to proceed with said work. upon approval commence to complete project at hand and present the best customer service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a journeyman licensed plumber in the business for 15 years and soon to be master. I have been in construction environment and have knowledge of several different trades and am capable of doing almost anything especially In plumbing. there's no job too big or too small.
