Buster did a fantastic job in helping me reach my goals. I wanted to lose about 10-15 lbs, plus gain muscle size and strength. He was prompt and always on time, was very encouraging, patient, and motivating during my workouts. One thing I really enjoyed was his diet programs he prescribed to me. I was able to still eat some of the things that I loved, but in moderation. He was able to modify my diet as I progressed in the gym to help me achieve my goals much faster than just training alone. I also like how he was able to create a Nutrition plan for me based off of the foods that I enjoyed eating as well. Of course they were in moderation, but I thoroughly enjoy my diet. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is available on my website. My normal rate is $45 per session. If the client purchases multiple sessions they will receive a discount. I more than willing to work with clients to meet their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Assess their goals and then gain a better insight into what their daily exercise/nutrition habits currently are. I will then create a customized program for their individual needs including diet, cardio, training, and suggested supplementation. I will continually adjust their plans based off of their results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed my Bachelors of Science In Kinesiology: Motor Behavior at Texas A&M University. I also have accumulated over 500 hours of Physical Therapy work through apprenticeships in multiple Physical Therapy locations. I also was a personal trainer at Gold's gym. I have two different certification, one being my C.S.C.S., which requires a Bachelors Degree in a related field of human movement. I also am a registered and certified personal trainer through the National Certified board of personal trainers.
