"I have trained with a lot of different trainers in the last 30 years and Mary is one of the best by far! She motivates and inspires me to push harder to increase my endurance and overall fitness level. Her positive and boundless energy is infectious so that I hate to miss a class or bootcamp with her. Everyone knows you will need to work hard when you are with Mary but it is the best workout you can get! Mary is very knowledgable and she always gives you modifications for your fitness level or consideration of any injuries. You will always feel like you had a great workout with Mary - you get a good cardio work out while toning at the same time !!! "

"Josh is friendly and very knowledgeable. I've worked out in gyms and worked out in large group environments. I've hurt myself before in both. I've never really known if I held the correct posture or did an exercise/stretch properly. Josh watches my form, corrects when needed and explains what parts of the body we're working on. He's concious of my heart rate, as well, throughout the workout to make sure we are going at a pace that will produce the best results for me. I'm very pleased and learning more than I expected along the way."

"Samuel was really helpful!! Before I started working with him, I didn't know if I was doing certain workouts correctly or not & he showed me how to do them the right way & where it works on your body (I.e glutes, core, etc.) & introduced me to new workouts! He gave me some great advice when it came to eating the right way & truly wanted to help me lose weight & get fit! He's flexible with your schedule & understands if you ever have to reschedule/cancel a session. I strongly recommend Samuel to anybody who wants to have a healthier lifestyle!"

"I am a 53 year old working mom and runner. I injured my knee and leg running in October. My doctors have told me not to run until they can diagnosis the problem. In an attempt to maintain my level of fitness I started working out with Michelle mid-November. Michelle has been outstanding in working with me and my doctors. She has been incredibly creative and so encouraging. She has introduced me to Yoga and strength training. I had never done either and it has been such a fun and exciting journey leaning and trying new things. Michelle has more confidence in me than I do in myself and she is always pushing and encouraging me to succeed! I am having such a fun time learning new things! With Michelle's guidance I have gained an amazing amount of strength, flexibility and balance. My sessions with her have also been diagnostic. We have discovered weaknesses that I am able to report to my doctors. My goal is to hopefully be able to resume running one day. I hope that with Michelle’s help and the doctors that I will be able to achieve that goal. Until that time I am having a blast with Yoga and strength training and doing things that I never would have been able to do without her help. So far it has been an exciting, educational and successful journey to fitness and health! Thank you again for your assistance."

"Cory is def as legit as they come and I'd highly recommend! Been working with him for 2 1/2 months now and I've seen big time changes. "I started falling in love with fitness in my pre teens. I remember teaching friends choreo to music and lifting weights.  Little did I know, I'd become a fitness trainer in my mid 30s. My family moved to Franklin in 2010. We didnt know anyone or have any family here. After a year of living in the area I finally stepped out of my comfort zone and started attending 1 on 1 fitness (bear moores) classes. Before I knew it, my passion for fitness rekindled and I was studying to become something I was always meant to be. Once becoming a trainer I realized how much my overall mental/ physical health had improved and wanted to do my best to help others achieve the same.  Fast forward and now I'm an Ace certified personal trainer/AEA aqua cert(AQUA). Holding over 10 specialty certs in areas of bootcamp, hitt, kickboxing and dance. I've learned alot and met some extraordinary people. I've not only found a great career but also found family."
