The inspector was very thorough and upon completion of the inspection verbally walked me through the inspection results. Later that day, he provided an electronic copy of the inspection which outlined in detail the results of the inspection of the property and offered any recommendations as well. The cost of the inspection was very fair and I would certainly recommend this inpsector given the quality of his work.

Ron did a great job at my home. I am a new home owner Ron made me feel at ease going into my first walk through and I am confident that I am protected. I went into the first walk through knowing what absolutely needed to be fixed and questions and ideas I would have never had without Ron's report. I will use Ron again next year and highly recommend his services to the Bryan/College Station area.
