- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$49-$55 per hour of training, a little more if I have to travel further or if it's before 6am in the morning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet with potential clients and have coffee. At that visit, I like to listen carefully while you tell me about your goals and where you want to see yourself in the future. We will then come up with a CONCRETE plan for you to make a positive change. From there I will design a program for you based on your needs, availability, and the kinds of workouts you like to do. I have a few forms for you to fill out that will only take about 5 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Master of Education as well as a BS in Marketing. I am a Certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine.(2009) I am a group fitness instructor certified in PiYo, TRX, Zumba, and Cycling. I am also a USA Triathlon Certified Level I Coach. I owned and managed a small boot camp for 3 years. I have lots of experience working with our United States Military personnel as my husband is a United States Marine. I have trained and taught on several military bases and gyms for the past 12 years. I am also an experienced triathlete about to compete in the ITU World Championship in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
