Having Mary as my trainer was truly a blessing. We had difficulty with our schedules lining up, due to me being busy with my kids and their schedules. But she was so sweet enough to wake up and have 5:30 AM training sessions with me. That meant a lot, especially for this busy mom! In the short amount of time that we had together I saw huge results in what I was aiming for. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and keeps you motivated. I can't wait to start my sessions with her again! She is everything I was looking for in a trainer and more.
I just love working out with Tim. He’s so passionate about health and training. I love that he continues his education all the time so that he is able to bring new ideas and techniques to us clients. Personally I feel if I’m gonna buy a service, I prefer a person that is serious about what they do. He’s flexible with my schedule. He is determined to help me succeed. And even though i feel self-conscious about my weight and appearance, he treats me like a regular person and doesn’t make me feel like somethings wrong with me. He told me his aim is to treat his clients like their his sister or brother. He had a great plan for my goals. 3 months muscle training to set foundation for a healthy strong body. Michelle brings innovative and functional training exercises to my workout. She really pays attention to my aches and pains and provides workouts to strengthen those areas. I have been very impressed with her knowledge of foods and healthy living as well as exercise routines.
My experience with Melvin as a personal trainer has been excellent. He is very professional, attentive, and provides training based on his knowledge and expertise. After a traumatic back injury from a motor vehicle accident last year, I was a bit apprehensive about getting back into the gym. Not only did Melvin motivate me, he challenged me to push beyond my comfort zone always conscious of my back injury. His instruction has provided me the tools to continue my strength training as well as counciling me on nutrition and muscle building. He emphasized core strengthening to protect my back from future injury. I am now stronger and more confident in my workout as a result of his training.

Well to be honest, I am a Marine Corps Combat Veteran with a lot of things that are wrong.. Albert worked with me on multiple sessions. He pointed out key things for me to work on and he stayed with me, watched and guided my movements as I lifted the weights, squats, and other exercise techniques. I would honestly recommend Albert training anyone...he knows his stuff and he spends countless hour a day studying on more techniques to improve his range of knowledge nit only to better you but to better himself so he can find some way to help you. He incorporated my medications I take to my daily routines to give me the best workout I needed...he continuously pushes to make you want the workout...he is very much one of the best personal trainers I have ever encountered, I am 27 years old and have been to a lot of gyms throughout the military and civilian complexs so for me personally he motivates you to want to do better. He also uses his personal life to help get you more comfortable with him.. It gives you that " he really understands where I'm coming from attitude"

Whether you need to be held accountable, want a workout designed, so you can workout at home, or have certain health constraints that limit what you can do, we can design a workout you can do!
