Terry randle is a great personal trainer! Very flexible on days and times. He is willing to come to your apartment or meet at the gym. Very thorough in explaining which exercises are strengthening which muscle groups, and very encouraging throughout the workouts!

I have a knee problem, problems with nutrition, I have always wanted to learn crossFit and boxing, and he has already started teaching me everything! Ive tried personal trainers a handful of times and most want to spend the first several classes talking about goals and package commitments. Day 1 with Alex was straight to business. The style is pure body weight and core exercises so theres no cheating or sugarcoating with weight training. Alex attention to detail stuck out immediately altering exercises and stretches to facilitate my strengths and weaknesses. His first two classes were free to ensure his style and program was what I was looking for. Im just in the beginning stages of getting where I want to be physically but I’m certain with Alex that I will be there sooner than later.
I have been training with Ricky Jackson for over 10 years. I first started when I began training for the Golden Gloves. My goal was to win my age group in my weight division. Ricky had the unique background of being a former professional world class fighter and a body builder. His skills in both areas helped me accomplish my goal and I won the Houston championship. I have continued to train with Ricky and introduced my 2 daughters who now train with him also. They are both in outstanding shape and capable of being personal trainers themselves. One of my daughters became an ODP level soccer player who now plays Division 1 soccer. I am writing this to let the world know of one of the greatest person I have had the pleasure of coming across the gym in the many years of working out. Who am I talking about, William Nguyen, aka better known as Will of course. I have known Will for many years now, I met him at the 24 Fitness located in Diary Ashford, in Houston Texas. I remembered Will coming to the 24hr Fitness as a personal trainer, he was always focus on his task at hand, which was training his client. He caught my attention, because if how focus and determine he was in making sure the client was well trained. Believe me when I say, " Those are hard, and far in between to find in many personal trainers that I have observed in the many years of working out. " Will is very dedicated to his training, and I have seen him grow as a person, and trainer. Will has never change is way of taking care of his clients, he just continued to get better at his job. Ashleigh was chosen from a bundle of personal trainers to be our official trainer for our Real Women, Real Results Houston weight loss contest for I-REMOVE. She did wonderfully! Each of the ladies she worked with had so many amazing and great things to say about her too. All together they lost 48lbs across 4 ladies and that is wonderful! She worked with them on an individual basis and even put together a home routine for one contestant that couldn't make sessions. She did everything in her ability to help these ladies succeed and worked with various levels of fitness too. Ashleigh has even helped our company (InQpharm North America) internally by giving our office material for blogs, and helping us to come up with some in office exercises we can do to stay moving all day. You can't go wrong hiring Ashleigh, she was wonderful.
I know a lot of personal trainers and the difference between Daryll and the rest is the difference between knowing and understanding (wisdom). Knowledge is knowing tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to use tomato in a fruit salad. Daryll gets fitness, he understands fitness. All you need to do is talk with Daryll, then you will understand. Many personal trainers retain their fitness knowledge only long enough to pass the certification exam but would fail if they took the exam today. Some, not many, would pass the exam today. The problem is the training courses teach the material to calculate answers without any requirement to understand why the formula works. Why is this important? Wouldn't you rather get maximum results for the time and money invested? Daryll puts in the effort required to maximize results without injury. Not only can he assess your current fitness level he can accurately predict future results. Amazing. This how it goes. After 3 or 4 weeks you will feel the difference. After 6-8 weeks others will notice the difference. Actually in the first week you will notice something very different when you reach the last rep of the last set in your work out, it is phenomenal. It's awesome, it feels like you could not do one more rep. If there were a challenge between Daryll and an NFL Strength Coach, my money would be on Daryll. If anyone wants to take me up on this challenge, Daryll knows how to get a hold of me. Patrick Young

Sean is awesome. I have been working with him since late December. When I asked Thumbtack for personal trainers and reached out to several of them, he was the first to respond and has been great ever since. It's been a while since I last worked out so I wanted a trainer who was certified and would not end up hurting me. Sean is very careful about pushing me to my limits but not overdoing anything. He's also working on strengthening some areas that have been long injured by life. I would whole heartedly endorse Sean.

Christine Noyes is an amazing trainer. If you are looking for a personal trainer that is professional and knows what she's doing, you have found her. Christine works with all types of clients. I started working out with Christine at age 47. I had low energy, felt bad about myself and had aches, pains and medical problems. Christine was patient but tough. It was what I needed. I have built muscle strength, built my core- which helped with my chronic lower back pain and have more energy. At age 50 I am stronger than I have ever been. She is the real deal!!!!!
Mac is a great personal trainer! If you have an injury he personalizes the workouts to your needs and still tries to increase strength and mobility in the area of your injury. He keeps things fun and moving through the whole workout. Highly recommend!

On my first session he got to know my goals and had a short workout session that I feel the next day just what I was looking for. His process is very professional compare to other personal trainers I've been to he's professional with his job.
