I made an appointment with Integrity Comfort Solutions a month or so ago because my house didn't seem to be cooling like it used to and I noticed that our electric bill had gone up significantly since the month prior. First off, the lady on the phone was one of the nicest Customer Service people I have ever spoken to! She let me know that I was in good hands and that she had availability for the same day! Talk about awesome! I had a technician named Austin come out within about 2 hours. He was extremely polite and professional. First thing he did was walk in and stopped by the door..then he put on booties to protect the floor from his shoes! I told him not to worry about it since I have lots of animals but he told me that it was his policy to do so! Anyway, then he started his inspection and told me when he was going into the attic, outside and he even told me that he would be back inside in 20 minutes or so after he was done outside. After he finished, he told me that the unit was overcharged and he ended up fixing the problem and did the regular maintenance for the Fall! I totally recommend this company! They were polite as ever on the phone and outstanding in person. I can't believe an A/C service company could be so professional. Their name says it all!

Professional, neat, organized, gave me great explanation of what was going on and options for repairs. I would use them again and definitely recommend to friends and family.
