Cancellation Policy and Fee: By directly booking with J3 Professional Cleaning Services LLC, you legally agree to the cancellation policy. You must provide a written notification within 48 hours of your intent to cancel your appointment. If you cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or last minute there is a $50.00 fee. For Commercial Cleaning we a rate of $0.30 per square foot. We offer Air BnB Basic and Deep Clean services. Both include laundry services and restocking. Packages begin at $135. COVID 19 Disinfect • We are now offering Disinfection and Sterilization Services for your Home, Office or Business. Rates start at $299.
