• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  For me, it is more about the parties, the dispute, and getting to an ultimate, mutually beneficial agreement. Whatever that takes, as long as it takes, I am committed to the parties, so fees are negotiable.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  I would like to do a phone interview, perhaps document sharing to get up to speed on the matter and an opportunity to speak separately with both parties. IF I feel that I am able to assist parties in moving forward, I will accept the case.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  Graduate degree from Creighton University School of Law, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Course. I have been negotiating and resolving disputes since 2007. Although I have been trained as a negotiator and mediator, conflict resolution is my passion and purpose.
