Winston Wallece was very professional and very attentive to our specific needs, he went to work on our behalf immediately and wasted no time coordinating the best outcome possible. I will highly recommend him to anyone with similar needs. Im very confident in his ability, work ethics, and his sensitivity to the needs of others.Sep 4, 2020Veritas Mediation Services's reply

What I liked was that Winston actually took a genuine interest in the parties that were using his services. His knowledge of the process is spot on and his ability to stay on point is extraordinary.Sep 2, 2020Veritas Mediation Services's reply

Your in good hands with Veritas. Winston have the very uncommon and total prospective having worked inside with Lenders/Servicers. Therefore his negotiating skills are the best I have ever seen in this arena.Sep 1, 2020Veritas Mediation Services's reply
Thank you Steve. Not alot of people are aware that a key component of formal mediation training is negotiations. Mediators who attend a law school make great consumer/client advocates.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For me, it is more about the parties, the dispute, and getting to an ultimate, mutually beneficial agreement. Whatever that takes, as long as it takes, I am committed to the parties, so fees are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would like to do a phone interview, perhaps document sharing to get up to speed on the matter and an opportunity to speak separately with both parties. IF I feel that I am able to assist parties in moving forward, I will accept the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Graduate degree from Creighton University School of Law, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Course. I have been negotiating and resolving disputes since 2007. Although I have been trained as a negotiator and mediator, conflict resolution is my passion and purpose.
