- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing based on your specific needs for your project. Our services range from 2 men 1 truck all the way to 6 men and 3 trucks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation over the phone getting some basic information about their move. We then depending on the size of the project will either get an itemized list over the phone, via email or with a free in person estimate. Once the estimate is complete and the customer decides to use us we put them on the schedule and will call the day before their move to verify nothing has changed and the still need our service. Once the move is complete they will receive a digital receipt and an email asked for them to rate our service. If our service was anything below five stars we reach back out to the customer to gather more info and see what we can do to make things better for them and future clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers go through an extensive training course prior to going on any jobs and receive hands on training with our most experienced movers. We hold weekly meetings with our movers to go over a discuss any changes in the industry and ways to better service our customers.
