- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a Standard Pricebook that we use. Once our specialist diagnose the issue, they will sit down with you, and show you the price in our pricebook IN PERSON. This way there are no hidden fees. The price is the price as it states in our book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we speak to customer over the phone in order to find out exactly what the issue is, this is to help partially diagnose what kind of issue they are having, and in order to help us figure out the right technician specialist to send to their home.
