- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system.... I aim to provide my clients with competitive pricing, but I also work with a person's budget. To me, this service is more about serving than it is about getting paid. We are all here to help someone! I enjoy people and I look forward to putting smiles on the face of others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that I do is LISTEN to what my client needs and wants. Once that is established, we can move forward with everything else. As a business owner, it is important that I understand what my client wants so that they are satisfied 100%, if not more!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have served in the church for over 20 years serving on many ministries and a member and a leader for several groups. My years in Healthcare and Business allows me to understand, prioritize, execute things in a timely, but accurate fashion.
