Oscar reassembled, replaced sections, and secured with concrete, and brought back from total destruction an old torn down rotten gazebo my late grandpa had built 15-yrs ago. The end product is amazing. Thank you Oscar! We've since hired Oscar to sand and paint our iron fence. We highly recommend Oscar.

We hired DJ to paint our iron gate at our home. He arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and did an absolutely flawless job. There were several rusted spots in our ~50 foot gate and he was meticulous in his work and made our gate look brand new. We would hire him again in a heartbeat and will be recommending him to our friends and family.

Les worked for me on three occasions, each time for fairly extensive periods, averaging 2 - 3 months each time. Originally, I wanted to fix up our old place before selling it. The bathrooms were the main area of interest, and he suggested using tile for the lavatories which had originally been done in cultured marble that had yellowed and stained over time. The finished results looked outstanding. When he had completed the majority of the original work, a roof leak following a storm damaged my wooden floors and the ceiling and wall sheetrock upstairs. A few months later, Les returned and re-floored partial sections of two upstairs rooms. The original flooring had been applied with glue, so it was extremely difficult to get the floor level again so that new wood could be laid, but he managed to do so, and the net result was that the new flooring blended in seamlessly. Damage to the ceiling was also repaired expertly. Finally, when we moved into our new place, Les 1) made a number of sheetrock repairs throughout the house, 2) repainted most of the house (2400 sq. feet with several flights of stairs), 3) removed the carpeting and refloored the downstairs bedroom/office using hardwood, and 4) built a custom wall-to-wall (8' wide by 8' high) bookcase in one of the upstairs rooms, and 4) applied an epoxy coating to the garage. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of all of the work and feel confident in saying that Les can take on any challenge given to him. He is also dependable and trustworthy.

We had Rey and April remodel our staircase. Nevarez Fabrication and Welding installed new stair treads and risers, iron railing, handrail and a shiplap wall. That's the list, but the details they attended to in this staircase remodel, were much more intricate than the list reveals. They took something from my head, and turned it into the staircase I was imagining, only better! The level of customer service was as good as I have ever experienced, with any contractor or any service provider, for that matter. And the craftsmanship of the welding and fabrication, is truly unsurpassed. I am so happy to have had someone recommend Thumbtack to me and even more happy that we selected Nevarez Fabrication and Welding to do our stairs. We could not be more pleased. No complaints at all. Not one!

The whole team were great to work with, from the owner on down. I love our new front door, our neighbors are all asking who did it. This is the second door we have had from this company and they delivered - again. We also used them for a wrought iron gate and a stamped concrete patio and they were fast and efficient. Our patio looks fantastic, very pleased with their work all round.

After seeing the actual size of my yard, understanding what I wanted accomplished Marten gave me a firm price for the work. I increased the scope to include laying 2 pallets of sod. The crew were on time each day, cleaning up after themselves after working. Work include Roto tilling the backyard, leveling and sloping it into the front for better drainage. As work started I decided to have them remove 11' of privacy fence replacing it with 2 sections of wrought iron instead. The convenience of AGSO being able to handle the two different jobs, finishing the entire project in 3.5 days (we had heavy rain day 2) was an asset. Based on conversations with Marten I plan to have him provide quotes for additional work around the house for replacing rotten wood, painting, etc. Please give AGSO the chance to quote your project.

I've been very pleased with this service. I hired them to maintain the lawn at my mother's home. It's a large, heavily wooded lot that doesn't necessarily need mowing every week. And when they come, they work hard, and leave it looking neat and well tended. The price is an honest, fair price, and they do a great job. They have dealt honestly with me, and I would recommend them. Yes, sometimes the scheduling is irregular, partly due to my schedule and partly due to theirs, and partly due to extremes in weather, but we work it out and they do work me in.

I hired these guys to move an existing fence out to my property line. Everything went exactly as it should. Came out to quote the project after giving me a rough idea of cost through the thumbtack messaging system. We agreed to a price, they showed up when they said they would, and fully completed the project. They refilled holes, repainted some parts that needed touch up (wrought iron fence), and made sure to add the same caps to the new posts that were required. Most importantly, the bill at the end was identical to the quoted price (which is a common issue and a very frustrating one). I would hire these guys again for sure and would recommend them to whoever needs fence work done.

A&S Solutions and Abraham Gonzalez, the owner, has turned our swimming pool into a beautiful, clear, clean oasis. We were having all types of issues and he was able to determine the problems, correct them and maintain the pools clarity and will continue for many years to come. Not only has A&S Solutions helped with our swimming pool, Abraham has worked and fixed our aging wrought iron gate and our damaged brick mail box with outstanding results. Thank you, Abraham/A&S Solutions!

Detail Construction tore down and rebuilt a cedar picket fence, attached a new wooden gate, and repaired and painted a wrought iron fence. They were timely, professional, and neat. The quality of work was excellent. They exceeded our expectations and went the extra mile by resealing two items on our house that needed it.
