I have been working with Will for over a year. I have been trained as a Pilates instructor and have had a number of personal trainers across the country over the years. Will's knowledge of his craft and manner of explanation is excellent. I have been impressed in his creativity of the personalized workouts and his ability to make adjustments in a routine yet continue to challenge. He is always learning. I met Will last March when seeking a personal trainer due to back problems. I knew I was limited in my abilities and would need to start out slowly in my workout program. Will was so good to take an inventory of my abilities and limitationand and then build my strength and endurance. Today, I have very little back pain thanks to the workout regimen Will designed. Will is also mindful if you are having a rough day or workout. He doesn't drill you like some trainers but is patient and supportive. In my opinion, he works best with clients who have injuries and need more of a physical therapist type trainer.Feb 17, 2015
I have been working out with Will for nearly four months and would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He is personable, enthusiastic, and very motivational. Will tailors an effective program that fits within my own limitations, and every session is different. He stays up to date on all fitness innovations and nutrition science, making an effort to better himself on a daily basis. Will is also a great listener. I've been training with Will for several months and I am thrilled with the results. He is great at explaining and demonstrating exercises and helps me understand the muscle groups and how to prevent injuries. He is always on time and enthusiastic about our workout. - How did you get started doing this type of work?What ultimately led me to my line of work was the fact I already had a passion for wellness, fitness and nutrition. As a result, a passion was turned into a fulfilling career.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?For me, personally, I go home and put in the work to improve my craft as a personal trainer nearly every day. I just can't get enough knowledge of updated research towards nutrition, psychology, bio-mechanics and exercise physiology. Therefore, my clients greatly benefit from my hard earn work and expertise.
