This is where I come in and create a personalize program fitted towards your goals, wants and needs. Additionally, I never do the same workout and bring many variations of exercises to challenge you continuously. Witnessing clients being able to achieve a fitness/health related goal that they could not previously do a month ago.

I have been working out with Will for about 18 months. I started working out to gain back strength I lost after having surgery. Will was great from the very beginning. He accessed my strengths and weaknesses and then worked out a plan that was specific to what I needed. But at no point did I feel like he was going "easy" on me. He is knowledgeable and professional and will tell me what we are working on and why. The exercises Will has me do are challenging, but at that the same time fun. I actually look forward to going to traiining twice a week. Will mixes things up, and always challenges me in a very encouraging way. I can tell that Will is reading and studying about health and fitness and wants to share with me so that I can incorporate some of these healthy lifestlyle changes into my life and get the results from my workouts that I want. The atmosphere at Fit by Design is friendly, and the facility is clean, up to date and inviting. Will is by far the best trainer I have ever had. He actually fits the description of a "personal" trainer because you get the feeling he is totally focused on you and your success..

I have been working with Will for 5 months. After recurring back issues my Physical Therapist, suggested I continue working with a Personal Trainer to continue strengthening my back and core muscles. I am in my 60’s and knowing I had limitations to certain style of workouts and machinery I could use, Will’s desire to prevent further injury & his professional desire to perfect, he meet twice with the Physical Therapist to be sure he understood all my limits. I like the personalized programs, and the workouts are never the same day to day or week to week, I really enjoy the variations. I believe he is continually researching and studying, it shows a he enlightens/informs you about his nutrition etc. Will, truly wants you to experience the overall best experience on your journey with him to become strong and healthy. I like the explanation of what muscles you are working and the encouragement as you perform the exercises. My overall assessment is Will cares, he loves what he does, is enthusiastic and is very willing to make this an enjoyable experience. Kudos to him.

I have trained with Will for over a year now!! I am in my 50s and needed to work on my core and toning, etc.. After talking to a friend she highly recommended I meet with Will and have an assessment. The rest is history. He is a incredible hands on trainer. What I mean by that he is actually shows you the exercise, how to properly do and tells you what muscles you are improving. I have seen major results and would highly recommend you contacting him. His experience is extremely valuable.

I've been training with Will for several months and I am thrilled with the results. He is great at explaining and demonstrating exercises and helps me understand the muscle groups and how to prevent injuries. He is always on time and enthusiastic about our workout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends! He has helped me be accountable and is realistic about my goals as a mom with a toddler. Very hard workout but definitely worth it!!

I have been working out with Will for nearly four months and would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He is personable, enthusiastic, and very motivational. Will tailors an effective program that fits within my own limitations, and every session is different. He stays up to date on all fitness innovations and nutrition science, making an effort to better himself on a daily basis. Will is also a great listener. I look forward to going to each session.

    What ultimately led me to my line of work was the fact I already had a passion for wellness, fitness and nutrition. As a result, a passion was turned into a fulfilling career.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    For me, personally, I go home and put in the work to improve my craft as a personal trainer nearly every day. I just can't get enough knowledge of updated research towards nutrition, psychology, bio-mechanics and exercise physiology. Therefore, my clients greatly benefit from my hard earn work and expertise.
