Many technicians now days are just trying make a buck so they are in and out as quick as possible so that the customer/client doesn't have time to ask many questions and this way when another issue pops up they have to call for services again and pay more money. And if that is okay with those technicians conscience then fine but here at Cryo Enterprise LLC we take pride in making sure you, the customer/client, understand what we are doing when we are doing it and why. Cryo Enterprise helped me figure out what kind of computer was best for me based on the kind of personal hobbies I had and work I do. The owner is who actually came out and consulted with me going over every detail very thoughly so that I understood what exactly he was going to provide for me. He was even kind enough to answer questions about everything I made a funny face at or looked blank about signaling he lost me during explanation of some items. That was very kind of him. Usually when you get technical people working on stuff for you they talk so fast and in technical lingo and you cannot understand a darn thing they are talking about. Someone who takes the time to use their jargon so they seem compitent about their expertise but takes the time to stop and break it down for the customer considering they may not know the same things they do (hence why we called you out for your help), is very honorable. I had a great time talking with my technician and he was very pleasant and professional and even funny at times.He helped me build what I feel is an awesome computer system that should last a good while so I ddon't have to buy a new one again soon and he even explained how if a part messes up they can come out, pick up the tower, replace (or even upgrade the part) and deliver it back to me making sure its in tip top shape when I get it back. He understood how frustrating it can be having to wait on your computer to be repaired when you have work to do or even just want to use it for personal stuff like designing, playing games, for the kids to stay entertained and so on. He told me its better to build your own computer than buy one pre built alot of times because the pre built ones cannot be upgraded. Something about how if your card on the motherboard goes out you have to replace the whole motherboard and in some cases like with laptops you may have to replace the whole laptop. With his products they simply run DIAGNOSTICS to find out what may be acting up so it can be fixed or what needs replacing and they replace or fix only that part or system issue and get you on your way again. Sure it can get costly sometimes but all companies and especially retail chains (big ones) charge whether it be you trying to do the work yourself or having someone else do it (if you don't really wanna take a chance, which is probably not a good idea if your not knowledgeable in IT). And many places charge you for things like extra taxes and fees you have no idea what they are for, they charge for shipping and handling, warranty charges, delivery charge to come pick it up and bring it back to you...sometimes these fees are up front and sometimes they are told to you on the spot. Cryo ENTERPRISE did not do that. They basically took my order, built it, delivered it and it was one fee. The only additional cost was if I needed them to come in and hook it all up for me which is understandable when your buying a product and not the service but that is stated plainly in their details. So its not like it was a surprise. And he did a great job hooking it up. Very gently with all my stuff around where he had to set it up. Asked me if it was OK where I decided to hook it up or if I needed it rearranged some other way. He went over details of what he was doing so I I wanted to move it myself during rearranging my place like at spring cleaning time, lol, I could do it all on my own and didn't have to call for anyone or pay an extra charge again for someone just to come out, unhook it and hook it back up elsewhere. I thought that was really considerate because he could have just set it up and left then I would have had to call someone anyway. I probably still will because even though he walked me through it I still don't feel comfortable doing it...I'm afraid I will mess something up or accidentally break something off the back and then I would have to fix it...its just cheaper to have them come out to help. Plus they do a great job! Thanks for beings so professional and educational all at the same time. Great customer service!!

They are just getting started in the market but I think they will become very profitable and well liked. This company will probably have long term customers too because of their customer service and the ability to make it personal. Great work, fast services and very knowledgeable. The Technician seemed very passionate about his job and the lady that calls to schedule you is very polite.

Although they were not able to retrieve the pictures in the movie file I needed, the data was simply not there to retrieve and their service was outstanding, very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for this type of work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can provide details of pricing during the consultation. There are too many details to list here. But as far as the basics, we charge $45 for diagnistics, to see what is wrong with the pc or laptop. If we determine the system needs just maintenance we will provide a quote and explain the details of the work that needs to be done and why it is necessary. Then, we let the customer/client decide what, when and where they want to have stuff done. When we have to do actual replacement of parts we waive the diagnostic fee as long as the service is over $75. If we just need to do maintenance we will charge for the diagnostic fee but give referring customers 20% off service fees on their next service with us should the referred party actually use our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a consultation to find out what they need. If the client knows what they need we will provide a list of prices for them. If they do not know what they need we will run DIAGNOSTICS to find out. If they are wanting a new PC tower built, we will schedule a time for a technician or the owner to come out and go over all the aspects. We then provide our services and products with a 100% guarantee policy. Once projects and services have been completed we will provide receipt of said products and services purchased along with our return policy and special discounts for next time services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold an Associates of Science degree in Electronics, Computers and Technology. I grew up with computers and working on them most of the time for my hobby. I have a passion for IT and all that comes along with it. I try to stay up to date with all the current new devices out there and services making sure I devote my free time away from actual work to researching and staying up to date on everything Technolofy. I am always anxious to learn from my customers as well, I am a great listener!
