I was able to get my 13 yr old son on a detailed training plan and attainable food meal plan. Shaun has him working on core strength and agility. He plays high level select baseball and we're already noticing a stronger swing and more athleticism well playing defense. Since my son is so young I didn't feel comfortable making him lift weights and work out the same way I do. Since we've started he has more energy and enjoys the workouts tailored to him and his needs.

I think the most impressive thing I've learned is I have a lot of self defense moves with nothing in my hands if I have this knowledge in my head. I would recommend this class to anyone.

I am a martial arts, self-defense and fitness instructor. We have classes for 4-6, 7-14 and adults. Our fitness class is MMA fitness for adults that is an intense 30-min workout that will instill self-defense moves along with working out your entire body.

Our main focus is on self defense. We won't waste your time, teaching you things like weapons and so forth that you can not even carry with you on the street. Learn how to escape from someone who has you on the ground, not make them "tap out". There is no "tap out" on the street. Weapon disarming, pressure point application, balance disruption, joint locks, and take downs are examples of what we do. If you're looking for trophies and medals, that's not us.
