Hard working, reasonably priced, quick responses, personable, everything you hope to have in a contractor that comes to your home. We had several large junk piles removed as well as a hot tub. They showed up on time, worked hard and steady the entire time. There was no mess from cutting up the hot tub. We were so pleased that we are hiring them for another project. Their price was in line with others but because of the quick response time and friendliness, I choose this company. Glad I did.
Angel was eager to help right away. He was able to set a price before even seeing the job and didn't need to change pricing. Everything was fair, clearly explained and he put everything in writing. The work he did looks amazing. Where another contractor wanted to rip out the entire drywall panel, Angel was able to salvage most of the wall and even gave me extra support beams to hang a tv later at no extra charge. I will definitely hire him again and you should too.
Marcos was awesome. I wish all my experiences with contractors was this smooth and pleasant. He was very professional, very personable and friendly and made it an overall great experience. Not to mention he work was excellent! He left the area incredibly Clean after painting which is rare. I Would highly recommend.
Wow, could it be any easier hiring a contractor? Amazing, everything went extremely smoothly. Great workmanship, value, and instantly done. Extremely pleased with the job. And yep will hire again.
I recently had My Friend's Roofing replace my roof, I'm excited with the finished product. Professionally across the board as far as the work, they worked within budget, and they know their product. That gave me options to work with them, I've never worked with an contractor with the same enthusiasm as My Friends Company.
We had the worst luck with hiring contractors for our rental UNTIL we found Mario. He and his workers were amazing! They were all very professional, punctual and they work unbelievably hard and it shows. We were so pleased, we can't wait for Mario and his crew to do our own house. We are very picky and have high standards but I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, they are that good! It is hard to find quality reliable workers these days and if you go with Mario you won't be let down.
Humberto and his assistant did a fantastic job installing granite counter top and tile back splash in my kitchen. He always showed up promptly when he said he would and completed the task on schedule. Unlike some contractors Humberto did not start my job and then run off to handle another one at another location. He worked straight through. The quality of work was excellent, he is meticulously neat, and the price was fair. There was a problem with a water leak after hours, but Humberto drove across town from his home at 9:00 p.m. to take care of it. Couldn't ask for more than that.
He tore out my fireplace and sheet rocked and textured the new wall, he replaced my small porch poles with larger ones and found and repaired a leak on my roof. I would highly recommend Vic Searcy of Searcy Construction to anyone. His bid was very reasonable. He is a crew of 1 but works like 10 men. He does beautiful work and will come back and make it right if you are not happy. I say this because after he was done and paid out we primed the new wall and the seams seemed to pop out after we primed. This was not due to him making a mistake - it really could not be seen with the texture on the wall until the wall was primed. I texted him and told him about what happened and came out the next day to look at it and he repaired it within 2 days. This contractor does not leave you even after you have paid in full - HE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! I understand the fear you may have about hiring a contractor but with Searcy Contruction your fears are unwarranted. I would hire again. In fact I would not seek any additional bids. He is trustworthy and will do a great job for you.
Jarett has completed some work for me in the past. As a small business owner myself, I am impressed with his level of professionalism and he is a man of his word. There are too many contractors out there that over promise and under deliver and Jarett is just the opposite of that. He is a great choice for small or large jobs.
My husband stepped through our ceiling from the attic and we had a nice sized hole that needed repairing. Manuel was the only one to respond with a quote on Thumbtack and although I thought he was a bit pricey at the time, I agreed. Manuel arrived ON TIME and was very professional. I cannot stress enough how surprised I was given that contractors recently think the arrival time is a suggestion and not an agreement. I was immediately impressed. The second thing that impressed me was that Manuel and his assistant laid down thick butcher paper to protect my floors, and plastic to ensure that drywall dust didn't end up in other parts of the house. He also vacuumed and cleaned the floors when he left. The job took over 3 hours, so I no longer thought the original quote was expensive given the job and the impressive detail to quality. I would definitely hire him again.
I needed to have 16 linear ft of interior wall removed to open up the house. Additionally, there would be new drywall and repair requirements, flooring, and paint to finish the project. Jim was not the cheapest of the 3 quotes that were offered, but, as an experienced home builder for 30+ years, he impressed, was methodical and scientific in his project approach, is insured, and the pictures of the work that was completed in his portfolio were great. The project did have scope creep, and the cost adjustments were transparent and fair. The project came out to my satisfaction. Professional, meticulous, OCD (it’s great for a contractor), polite, and trustworthy; both individually and in his resourcing and supervision of subcontractors for the areas not under his direct scope (floor and paint). I would also like to add, that during this project, I unfortunately broke my tibia, being immobilized till now. Jim was courteous, ensured area safety, cleanliness, and even when I needed personal aid (an occasional run to the fast food joint) he did it. He cares about his work and his clients.
I hired them to paint first floor interior. Not only did they move all furniture and all wall coverings but they moved most of it bask as well! Job was done very well and they priced fairly. Touch ups were done immediately and they started when they agreed to start. My only critique is that they were a bit sloppy not with painting just in general (I think they will work on that) but I would recommend them. Hard workers for sure.
I’m really impressed with the job the contractors from Texas Energy Experts did when they replaced my garage door. This was a nagging sore spot that I had been meaning to correct for some time. When I finally got around to it these guys were more than up to the job. Thanks for exceeding my expectations.
Isaac is a fantastic general contractor. I hired him to remodel my kitchen and tile out my great room. He went to work right away and had everything planned out when he was going to do what part of the project. Always a positive attitude, he did the entire project under extreme time constraints, as this was a very busy time of the year where everyone wants to get their projects done before Christmas. He accomplished both of my projects in just a little over to weeks. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot during these projects and he eagerly explained each step. I already have him lined up for my other projects and will not hesitate to use his services in the future. Job well done Isaac!!! (See photos)
I had a number of issues that needed repair: some siding rot from older Masonite, roof damage from hail, paint on my two story home needed repainting (and re-caulking to protect that Masonite siding from rot), a back door was rotting and had air leakage, front porch (decorative around opening) had been leaking so had rotted out the ceiling of the porch entrance, and all the window framing had rotted. The house is 20 years old. Jeff fixed all of this for a good price with excellent craftsmanship and a beautiful result. Those things (the roof) that he didn't fix himself, he had the best sub for the job. Everything was completed fast and promptly and looked excellent. I highly recommend Jeff and Green Oaks to anyone needing contractor work in and around your home including building something new.
