Professional team with great service. They care about their work and your home. The areas they worked in were cleaner when they left than before they arrived. Awesome install of a TV over a fireplace with an electrical outlet behind the TV in a stone wall. I will be using them again.
Whole house interior painting including popcorn ceiling removal as well as painting kitchen cabinets. Good and efficient crew with reasonable pricing. Ms. Ross, the owner has design background and excellent advice on what works well in color selections. Very good attention to detail. In addition to painting, she produced a very competitive bid for tiling ~740 sq feet 12x24 of floor tiles. The tiling crew she provided installed the tile first with good preparation then installed tiles with very fine grout lines as requested. Overall, very impressed and would hire again for future work.
We originally hired Reyes Painting to paint the exterior of our house in Killeen. They offered a fair quote unlike other contracts that we received estimates from. Prior to painting the exterior of the house Reyes Painting discussed color options and also pressure washed the exterior of the home to ensure that the paint went on smoothly. The original bid included painting the exterior of the house however more work was added on during the course of the project. The additional worked included fully cleaning the interior of the home so that it was move in ready. The overall work that was completed on the home was excellent. They completed all of the work in a timely matter and kept us updated as to the progress of the projects. Upon completion of the project the interior and exterior of the home looked like a brand new home. We spoke with a realtor who commented that the home looked better than some homes that were freshly built. Should we need further work completed on the house the first call will be to Reyes Painting to see when they can come by and start.
Mr. Kirby built a deck for my tiny home. Even though it was the busy holidays, he was very prompt in all aspects...from the bidding to the completion. The quality of his work was A+. Highly recommend him.
I hired Shelley to decorate my home near Blanco. She did a wonderful job and I'm very satisfied with her selections. She picked colors, furniture, appliances, etc. She was a joy to work with. Energetic and fun to be with. Good luck. You won't be disappointed if you let Shelley help with your design ideas.
Had a pre meeting with Autumn before closing on new home. I knew immediately she was the designer to help me create my dream home. Round One: all paint colors and options have been picked and my home is fabulous with paint and double crown molding! color ... Is exciting. Updates with more design with Autumns ideas as they roll out;). Very pleased!
Kelli has a great "eye" for color and style and works well with your preferences, takes input, and is able to decorate a room or "renew" the look using much of what is already there and a very limited budget. She helped me with both my living room with fireplace and my bedroom and I am very happy with both.
I was blessed to have Paul come to my home and do the work I had asked of him. He knows his stuff people. He didn't mind me asking him questions and looking over his shoulders from time to time. In fact he welcomes it. I can't seem to say enough about his work and his work ethics . A very stand up man. Who takes pride in his craft. His price was amazing and his work was great! I feel bad because what Paul did for my stairs was more then what he charged for it. I had asked Paul to redo my stairs leading to the upstairs. And he just blew this job away. In a heart beat I would call on Mr. Paul Batcha if I needed more work done around my house. The Jimenez family :-)
Kendra is a wonderful decorator. Her attention to detail is superb. I would reccomend her to any client looking for a unique look that is fresh and inspiring!
Lizzie came in and made my home just how I envisioned she had a great attitude, and the price was just right for my budget!
We had a great experience with Lindsay from Cerulean Concepts! Upon arrival, Lindsay greeted us with professionalism and confidence. Her task was fairly simple—finding us a dining table that fit in our budget, fit our style, met the needs of our growing family, and didn’t involve storage, as our home lacks much closet space. We started with a Develop meeting with Lindsay, where she came to our home, saw the space, and gave verbal recommendations. She asked great questions, which helped her get to know our styles and personalities. It’s easy for us to get off track when talking about something so specific as a dining room table, and we began talking about other design projects that were definitely outside of our budget. Lindsay kept us on track and kept the meeting flowing, while not rushing us. We moved into the next phase of the process, and Lindsay took measurements of our space. The meeting soon ended and within a couple of days, we had recommendations from her. Y’all, this was THE BEST part! The email she sent us was incredibly user friendly and it had the same flow as the mobile website. She gave us several recommendations at different price points, keeping in mind our budget. She even gave us ideas on how to use some of our existing furniture, mixed with a bench or more affordable chairs to help us come UNDER budget. Lindsay is also offering a wonderful perk—access to her trade discounts at major stores! Using this discount pretty much paid for the services that she provided to us. If you’ve been struggling with how to redesign a space, or don’t have the time to do the research yourself, or just need some help getting started, please consider Cerulean Concepts.
Working with KozyKasa was an awesome experience and I will use them again! Kristin was great and took the time to find out what I liked. She is professional and creative, with great ideas and style. I have already referred my friends and family. Thank you again, KozyKasa for your help and my beautiful home!
Logynn knows exactly what she is doing. Without knowing me, and without being able to visit my home, she was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on in my life from the floor plan and photos I sent her. She gave specific, individualized recommendations that started producing results in hours. She also helped educate me to understand how Feng Shui works so that I can do some things for myself. Logynn is friendly, and professional, and fun to work with.

My job is specially personal, tailored to your needs.programmed so that in three months you can already talk
My goal is to help people sell their homes by making it more presentable to sell. I do the following: 1. Get it clean (stager arranges this or owner does it). 2. Make it clutter-free (seller or stager does it). 3. Use color wisely. Put soft colors, neutrals, on the walls and floors. This expands the size of the room -- no red bedrooms and no purple. Put the punch in accessories. 4. Compromise -- When you can, put the money in something that's in poor condition, such as replacing a vinyl kitchen floor that's in bad shape, but if the bathroom counter is pink, diffuse it and go retro by hanging black hand towels, putting up a new white shower curtain, and painting the walls white. 5. Creativity -- Staging is not about spending money. I can stage homes with a ball of rope and a pair of clippers. Angle the bed, so that it opens walls and makes the room look bigger. Use nice sheets and pull back the bedspread to show off the sheets. 6. Communication -- What is each room communicating to the buyer? Do we have to change the message? Is the room calm or peaceful? 7. Commitment -- The seller has to be committed and say they can do this and not be afraid of changes.

We are a small family-owned general contracting company that is located in Waco, Texas. We primarily work in the Waco area, but on occasion, will do jobs within a 50-mile radius. We do approximately 90% residential work but are always looking for more commercial work. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our 100% customer satisfaction policy. Many of our clients call us back for additional work in their homes, which to me speaks well about the quality of our work and our employees.
