- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will communicate any information or questions needed to be answered before setting up a time and place for a trial run. I will also send over a contract if your party is larger than five, I'll have you sign and send back or give back to me the day of trial run. The day of trial run, we discuss all looks and styles and play around until we find the perfect match for your big day or event. Usually I allow up to two to three looks at trial, depending on the time allotted. We will take photos and jot down all items used so as to not forget the day of event.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
My customer base reaches all types of clients. Being that I've worked in several different settings such as cosmetic retail stores, salons, cosmetology institutes, as well as freelancing for myself, I've been able to work with all ages and types of clients.
