- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a based on bedrooms and square footage it's a flat hourly rate very comparable to normal market rates in my field. If I'm cleaning a home that hasn't been "cleaned" in a while, it definitely takes longer the initial visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them know exactly what they are getting for the price quoted, answer any of their questions, set up a time to meet, address any of their concerns, schedule a cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to thank my parents for teaching me to clean and develop a great work ethic. I'm always looking into new "tricks of the trade". Gathering and utilizing information can make the difference between a good company and a great company.
