- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes the cost of cleaning supplies, cleaning insurance and any additional cleaning requests. It is all written down on our receipt, which is included in the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to make sure that we are on the same page. So I bring my Statement pad and write down everything the new client is wanting to be cleaned. Then after the clean we don't leave until the client is satisfied with our work and we leave a receipt as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated James E. Taylor High School and attended Texas A&M Corpus Christi for Nursing then transfered to Delmar Community College for Occupational Therapy. Currently I have taken a break from college to help support my husband going to school for his PHD in Marine Biology. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I research a lot of cleaning products and especially natural products on the internet and learn which methods work the best and are the safest for your home. Some of the products include: H20, RainSoft Cleaning products, Amway Natural cleaning products, Seventh Generation cleaning products.
