Introduction: When I clean your house or home; you will know it! Your house will smell fresh and clean with a touch of Hawaii to it. I can also be trusted and I am insured. I have had a lot of experience working with families and households from healthcare and I want to make my customers happy! What I like most about cleaning houses is that I can help people with their busy lives and make life easier for them. I also like moving around and getting things done instead of a desk job, I can spot hazards like spiders, scorpions, rat holes, etc, Cleaning is definitely a need and a way to keep people healthy and happy!

Did a great job on cleaning the oven, and it stopped there. Did not move things to dust. Did not using the cleaning products I had for the tub and sink...not sure what she used, but the sponge I had designated for cleaning these areas was not wet. Did not wash my mother's clothes, only her sheets, and did not fold them. Did a terrible job, making her bed. Did not clean the refrigerator. I had listed all these things on the request form, which I got $130 quote for. She was here 3 hours. There was no communication as to why she had not used the cleaning products I had asked her to use or why she was not able to complete the things that had been requested. I think that cleaning people today are asking too much money for what they do and the lack of quality of their cleaning. I would like to see them have to become qualified and licensed to be able to come into someone's house and do a less than the best cleaning job for that kind of price! She won't be hired, again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes the cost of cleaning supplies, cleaning insurance and any additional cleaning requests. It is all written down on our receipt, which is included in the quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to make sure that we are on the same page. So I bring my Statement pad and write down everything the new client is wanting to be cleaned. Then after the clean we don't leave until the client is satisfied with our work and we leave a receipt as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated James E. Taylor High School and attended Texas A&M Corpus Christi for Nursing then transfered to Delmar Community College for Occupational Therapy. Currently I have taken a break from college to help support my husband going to school for his PHD in Marine Biology. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I research a lot of cleaning products and especially natural products on the internet and learn which methods work the best and are the safest for your home. Some of the products include: H20, RainSoft Cleaning products, Amway Natural cleaning products, Seventh Generation cleaning products.
