Three different people have been to my house over the course of five visits. While the house was cleaned properly on all but 2 of those visits, I had a bathroom washcloth ruined when it was used to clean to the tub (bleached) and a piece of art broken. One cleaning person went through my tomatoes that were sitting on my table and threw them all away because she said they were no good but didn't bother to clean the house properly! The owner is good about taking the service costs off when accidents/mistakes/house wasn't cleaned properly but at a certain point it is just too much. I have been forgotten about and had to be added to the schedule later in the week, I have had by service cancelled because someone's car broke down and they couldn't make it, they were over an hour and a half late when I went to meet them at the house which meant I had to use vacation time because I went over an hour for my lunch (and never had time to eat it), I had requested three times for my carpets to be cleaned in February but was never scheduled. I am recovering from a liver resection, I had 5 tumors removed at the end of October and my husband is in desperate need of a hip replacement. We just needed someone who will be there when they said they will and do a good job each week. This company lacks consistency and is not professional in nature. The cleaning is inconsistent, the times they come in a week is inconsistent and I am just not pleased overall. Clearly, it's just not the right service for me.

i really didn't want to comment on this but the truth is she received two free cleaning. The girl scrubbed her toilet, bath tub, sweep,mopped clean for 4 to 5 hours then she complained so i didnt charge her for the cleanings. after the first cleaning i saw the writing on the wall as i gave her a free service i told her i will not charge you fot the cleanings but i think you should find a new cleaning company. But she insisted that we keep cleaning her home and that she was sick and i couldn't just stop cleaning like that. So out of the goodness if my heart i sent the cleaners again. Again she had complaints and i gave her the cleaning for free. Now you would think that if we was that bad of a company why would she want to continue service. Not only did she want to continue, she wanted it more often. She wanted service every week instead of every two weeks. She also wanted carpet cleaned. My workers no longer wanted to clean for her. I was not gonna send my carpet cleaning crew to her home.So that she could complain that the carpet crew scrached a door or nicked a wall and i would have to give her a free service. We have many 5 star cleaning before her and 5 star cleanings after her. I ask myself why did she wait until after 4 cleanings to write the review was it because the gig was up. No more free cleanings. After we refuse to clean for her then she writes this review. This review would have come no matter what. if we would have cleaned for her 20 time and she got 10 for free she would have wrote this bad review.

Examples of Companies that we service: Clean carpets for Best Buy,Destination XL and Vision Works. Our company does the weekly cleaning for A&B Communications and Equipment Depot. We also do weekly cleaning for Coca Cola bottling company and Texas Road house.We can perform almost any and all cleaning duties such as strip and wax floors ,carpet cleaning and move in/move out cleaning , every day recurring office cleaning and more.
