Introduction: The M.A.T. workout is a 60-minute fitness class that uses yoga poses for stretching and toning our bodies. The M.A.T. workout" (moving actively together) is a complete body workout for physical and spiritual healing. This workout transforms us inside and out.
The class begins and ends with prayer and readings of scripture that help guide us towards healing and strengthening our faith, leaving us relaxed, refreshed and restored to achieve a better quality of life.
My mission is to keep the Church (Bodies for Christ) active, alive and well, so that we can be a witness for Christ and enjoy an abundant life every day because of His goodness. I am very proud to say that all of my students are so grateful for their workout, and I 'm filled with gratitude for what I have been called to do.
