- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cake Standard price is $2.50-$3.00 per person/slice. Cupcakes $2.50-$4.00 ea depending on flavor and design Cake pops $1.00 -$2.50 ea. depending on design
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to know them on personal/ professsional level. My goal is build a lasting relationship so that they will trust me to do their baking needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a MBA in business. I am a certified food manager for the state of Texas.I've worked in the culinary industry for over 15 years for some well known corporations. Although, I only do cakes now, I've done catering for Dionne Warwick, Elizabeth Taylor and several other celebrities in the early 90s while I worked for a well known restaurant. I have taken cake baking and decorating classes in the past and I constantly keep up with the latest cake fads.
