I love coming to this studio. I feel very welcomed. Each instructor has made sure I make progress in their class. Friday nights lesson and dance afterwards is fun. I'm a female and always asked to dance from several different gentlemen. Each guy I've danced with has been patient with my level of dancing.

My parents went to their first dance lesson with Stephany and they had a great time! This was an anniversary present for them so I'm thrilled they both said they had such a good time and learned so much about dancing.

We were very impressed with Donna and would recommend her to anyone looking for dance lessons. We found her teaching style to be perfect for us - she was fun, easy-going and patient, that is, she was willing to walk us through things as many times, and as many ways, as necessary for us to grasp the concepts. We are a 50ish married couple, but, we had so much fun we felt like kids during our lesson.

Love his style of teaching/choreography and professionalism. He made the class fun for my students and they also learned at the same time. My studio NG Dance Co. does dance field trips to other studio throughout the year and closing my studio for the night and loading the kids up to go take Phil’s Class is always worth it !!! He cares about his students 👍 Thank you Becky Trejo Upshaw Owner/Artistic Director of NG Professional Co/Talent Management and THE STAGE Event ‪(214) 397-6204 (please text)‬ www.ngprofessionaldancecompany.com Bupshaw@ngprofessionaldancecompany.com Facebook: https://m.facebook.com/NgDanceCompany/ Instagram @ngdancengcrew http://instagram.com/ngdancengcrew http://instagram.com/ng_blend_artists http://instagram.com/ng_fantastic_four Snapchat: ngdancengcrew https://www.snapchat.com/add/ngdancengcrew Twitter: @ngdancengcrew

We've been working with Emmy for nearly three years, starting as true beginners at Ballroom Dance. She has taught us basic as well as intermediate steps in all six Ballroom dances (Foxtrot, ChaCha, Waltz, Rumba etc). We like her approach in that she stresses technique and not just the steps themselves. Emmy is passionate about excellence in dancing but also very enjoyable and friendly to work with. I've gone to many of JJ's dance clinics, and he is an EXCELLENT instructor. I especially like his imaginative approach to relating dance moves, and his abillity to engage multiple skill levels.

About

Yes, we do teach general dance lessons for those interested in dancing for hobby, sport, or just social interaction, so you can keep up with the crowd! For brides and grooms, read on. We teach dance at your wedding. We are choreographing the moment. You have all the details planned, but did you remember dance lessons for the first dance at your wedding reception? There should be much more style and showmanship to your first dance than watching out for your partner's toes and standing in the middle of the floor, rocking back and forth. Oh, no! The penguin dance. Don't do it, please. Are you deathly afraid of boring your guests or dancing like you were still in grade school (every bride's and especially the groom's fear)? Prepare for your wedding reception's first dance by letting us choreograph a first dance that will look great on your video, dazzle your family and friends, and be fun for you! Come with your first dance wedding song in hand, or discuss choosing the right music. Learn how to work with your dance space, shaping, frame and form. Learn the steps to the most popular wedding dances (foxtrot, 3-step country, waltz, 2-step country, rumba, nightclub two step and social slow dance), and/or the more exotic first dances which usually requires private sessions also (tango, Viennese waltz , salsa, swing and many more)! Receive tips on how to enjoy yourself while creating a memorable first dance by playing to the audience and each other; then, add lighthearted flourishes like a well-timed wink, spinning the bride, kissing her hand, or a bow and curtsy. More adventuresome couples may want to add a special flair or even a dip! Leave the class with the confidence to let go of your fears, and create a dance to remember! You've made a vow to wed; now, make a vow to dance with Dallas First Dance! We have several class options available for you such as private lessons (one couple with one instructor) in which you have a full hour to discuss issues that you may have with your routine, and be able to work with your first dance to the music that you have chosen in a private setting. Recently, a popular option has become semi-private group classes in which you choose up to seven couples of your choice for instruction on the dances most suited to your event. This option is great for the whole wedding party! See you on the floor!

About

I am a dancer who recently went to graduating from Booker T. Washington High School for the performing and visual arts, and I am currently in the process of getting a bachelor's degree in dance from Point Park University, which is one of the top schools in the U.S for dance. I have been dancing since the age of three, with multiple studios around the DFW metroplex, as well as competed in multiple competitions around the U.S. I also have currently worked with children from the ages of 3-17, teaching them different styles in dance. I have trained in all styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, modern as well as trained with Complexions Contemporary Ballet Summer Intensive. I love being able to teach young kids the art of dancing. I think that it is a great way to stay active and in shape for young children as well as kids in their teens. I have choreographed audition pieces for dancers who applied to Booker T. Washington High School for performing and visual arts and were accepted into the program. I have performed in New York multiple times including for the Roberta Flack Tribute Concert at the Joyce Theatre in New York City. If you want to learn how to dance or even just to be able to hold a beat and a groove, I am the person to contact. I am very passionate about my work, and I would love to be able to share my artistry with the world through the different styles of dance. Not only is this a fun sport, but it also keeps you very active and in shape.
