Leo was very professional in analyzing our issue and offering a couple of options on how best to go forward. We decided and he came back with the replacement parts and installed them professionally. Also, he is a very personable young man. We enjoyed our interactions with him.

I’ve been having issues with the freezer part of our refrigerator and over the year our home insurance company sent us multiple people to repair the problem but no one was able to figure it out (even after paying several hundred dollars for “repairs”). Needless to say we canceled our home insurance and I decided to contact a repairman directly. Antaleo was very professional, showed me what the previous repairmen did and what the fix needed to be. He explained the mechanisms and was clear. He was upfront about the cost and very knowledgeable - he was able to fix our leaky freezer!
