Introduction: We are a locally owned, family business that has been serving communities in DFW & East TX since 2012 . We truly value our customers and we pride ourselves on honesty, fairness and experience. We do typically offer same day or next day service. You are able to book appointments directly from our website, but if you prefer to contact us first - that's OK! We will just need your address, phone number and if possible the model number of your appliance. The appointment times are within a two - four hour window, depending on your location. When you call, you will most likely speak to either Laura, Alisa or Carissa. We will get as much information about your appliance as we can. Based on the information you provide, we will do our best to advise you regarding repairing the appliance or replacing it. Providing us with the model number is always helpful. We have always had our customer's best interest at heart. We do use an industry standard book for flat rate prices so there are never any hourly rates or surprise fees. Our Service Fee is $125.00 per appliance and is applied to the total cost of completed repairs or service. Services outside our regular business hours incur an additional $100 fee. We are typically unable to provide an exact quote without first diagnosing the problem but we will do our best to help you understand the pricing before service.
