I dont typically leave fanboy reviews, but our dryer went out for the second time this year and left us high and dry (zing!), and I was in a tight spot with a vacation looming on the calendar. This time we called Mr Appliance instead of the company wed used for the previous fix. Our Mr Appliance technician Reggie was a great dude who is also great at his jobI couldn't be more pleased with his friendliness and service, and the experience with this company as a whole. We will definitely be a repeat customer should we have any issues with our other appliances.

The technician came and quickly diagnosed the problem as a dirty condenser which only needed to be cleaned out. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance again!

Had a warranty repair on our Bosch dishwasher. Made an appointment. They sent someone out in 2 days. Had to order parts. The parts arrived in one day via Fed Ex. I installed them myself. Me Appliance called me to see if we needed them to come out to install. Great service, follow up and very satisfied.

I was really pleased with my service from Mr. Appliance of Highland Park. They worked with me via phone call and email to determine what I needed to repair my oven. They were responsive and punctual.
