Mr. Kunofsky accomplished for me something several others had failed to do, relieve me of a Tax Lien and gave me hope for a brighter future. I could not recommend him higher, very nice man as well, if you have a tax problem go see Bill.Feb 28, 2018
I wish there were more stars to rate Mr. Kunofsky because he is an AWESOME ATTORNEY and deserves more than five stars!!! Experienced, knowledgeable, and a true expert at what he does; absolutely the very best there is in my book. I trust his advise and highly recommend his service to others. Also, I can't forget to mention Sherita, a member of his staff, who is also outstanding to work with. Thank you both so much!Mar 3, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My fees are based upon hourly rates. The retainer quoted is based upon an estimate of the amount of time needed. also offer flat fees in some circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first meeting is to determine the scope of the case. An engagement letter is signed to begin work. A power of attorney is usually needed because your case is confidential. Contact with the IRS is begun. Required documents are obtained from the client. A careful review of the tax account and financial circumstances is next. reccomendations are next based upon our analysis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently licensed as a CPA and also as an attorney in Texas. I can represent clients in all Texas Courts, United States Bankruptcy Courts, United States District Courts, and all appellate courts. I have extensive experience representing taxpayers in all types of cases at the IRS and Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
