My 10 year old was getting bored with his previous instructor's teaching methods and had been begging us to drop guitar lessons. We thought we would try a different instructor. We've had only one meeting, but I saw a light reappear in my son's eyes and he is excited to start lessons with Jon. The video lessons and use of newer computer technology and has my son excited and motivated to keep learning to play.

Prior to dennis, i had never taken guitar lessons. Always tried to teach myself. I struggled since i had no structure, i would consistantly get lost, which would make me put the guitar down due to frustration. Deciding to hire dennis was a break thru for me, and honestly wish i would have looked into it much sooner. Not only has my skills progressed, which they due weekly at a much faster rate then when i was trying to learn on my own, but my confidence and motivatation has increased greatly. I look forward to meeting with dennis each week and building off of what he taught me the previous week. The amount of patience dennis has is great, and the way he explains different things so that i understand is awsome. Would definetly recommend dennis to anyone, whether they have just purchased their first guitar, or they have tried numerous times to teach themselves, or even if you have alot of the basics down, but looking to take your knowledge and playing to the next level.

My wife and I have hired Michelle Cullers to give piano lessons to our 9 yo daughter. After the first lesson, it was apparent that we had found a great teacher and coach. We can't wait to see the progress our daughter will make in the near future!

f you’re looking for serious results and a no-nonsense approach to learning an instrument, I highly recommend The Ridglea School of Music. Taking music lessons as an adult can be intimidating. You don’t really know how your secret inner-desire to be a rock star will be taken by those you share it with. Usually people just smile and nod. The only thing that’s a sure thing, is that you’ll find someone who will take your money and tell you “good job.” Why bother, right? It’s so much easier to just sit at home and play the same tabs over and over again and pat yourself on the back. From my first lesson with my teacher Eric, he took my dreams of starting a band and showed me how to make them happen. Eric met me where I was and gently let me know what I needed to work on. I never felt intimidated or embarrassed. I wanted results and Eric showed me how I could achieve them the right way.

I contacted several competitors prior & they would take long to reply. Zera was not. They responded quickly, politely, & set things up very easily. No back & forth. They have a good interactive site. You can pay online. Very easy people to work with. As far as the lessons, my son is liking it, he looks forward to his lessons every week. I cant ask for more. He is learning bass guitar with Jordan.

Zach taught me bass guitar for almost two years and it went extremely well. The lessons I received from him were fast paste whether it was jazz or funk the music I learned was new and awesome to me. We covered some very fundamental rules and jazz standards that helped take me to the next step. Seems like Zach knows a lot about what he's doing.

Things went well during first two lessons, I feel I am getting the attention I need. At this stage of my learning I am satisfied and look forward to the next lessons. The instructor is knowledgeable and I understand where we are going. I am pleased to know I can use the school's piano for extra practice during off schedule hours.

I have been taking acoustic guitar lessons on a weekly basis from Mark for several years. As a working student in my twenties, Mark has successfully transitioned the style and structure of my lessons to my practice schedule. As my schedule has shifted, I can honestly say that the more aspects of the program you are able to take part in, the faster you will achieve results. Overall, I am very pleased with my progress and growth and highly recommend Promethean Studios for music lessons in the Dallas area.

We hired Anthony to teach our 11 yr old daughter how to play the guitar. This is her first instrument. Anthony was a pure delight to work with, was always on time and sometimes even stayed a little over to make sure the lesson(s) were taught. He even helped us find a GOOD guitar for our daughter. Our daughter looked forward to each lesson with Anthony. He even broadened his lessons to include vocal coaching as well. I would highly recommend Anthony for anyone needing a music or vocal coach.

I took lessons while in college with Travis for a few weeks and in that time he threw so much information at me so fast ranging from hand positions, warm-ups and downs, and theory; but it was so well portioned that nothing felt overwhelming. After those few weeks of lessons and working out the kinks, I went from fumbling around to keeping up with an established band. The only thing I would have done differently would have been to start taking lessons with him sooner. He is an excellent teacher and has an air about him that just elicits comfort and learning.

Hello my name is Elisha Martin and Nathan Lutz was my private Double Bass teacher at New World Symphony, Miami Beach, Florida. Through my whole learning, it was always a fun, interesting, foward moving, and productive time. There was a never dull moment. Once one lesson was completed it was time to progress towards the next thing for the end goal of professional playing. While making sure to push me foward, he always made sure the foundations of music were solidified such as: intonation, musicality, sound production, technique, classical versatility, musical knowledge, articulation, bow dristribution, understanding of left and right hand technique, and a understanding of variations in vibrato to a name a few. Those lessons are what strengthened and still ring in my mind when I address a problem I may face a growing musician. The lessons and words of encouragement still piece together when I go to practice and rehearse.

I began taking guitar lessons from Kenneth when I was 14, and right away, I noticed his ability to mold the lesson into an experience that fit 𝘮𝘺 musical interests and what I wanted to learn. Whether I wanted to learn theory, practice a certain technique or rudiment, or just have fun learning a song, Kenneth could always adapt and make the lesson interesting and enriching. This is a quality that many music teachers lack, and it’s the aspect of his teaching that kept me enticed for so long. In addition to being a great teacher, Kenneth is a passionate music fan of many different genres, and through taking lessons with him, I was exposed to many new musical concepts that opened my eyes to the world of music I was yet to discover. Though I no longer take lessons, I can say for sure that my time with Kenneth has made me a much more skilled, receptive and well rounded musician, and I am very thankful for all the things I learned.
