Sergio's initial job was to install 3 toilets. He quoted me based on what was initially asked of him to do. Once he removed the toilets he noticed that my flanges needed to be replaced. He took the time to show me why they needed to be replaced and gave me a fair quote on the total job. Sergio and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. If you need plumbing work done Sergio is your guy. Thanks Sergio!!!!

Sergio replaced 3 toilets and installed a sink and faucets for me. He had to go to the store and buy parts as the valves and flanges were broken or in terrible shape. He explained each step and offered us options . He also looked at a few other issues we have and offered options on those. He was knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and we will hire him again to take care of other plumbing needs.

Sergio was really great! We had initially contacted him for just a toilet leak, but I remembered I had faucets I needed to install. Sergio not only fixed the toilet, but he installed the faucets. He also noticed, with his expertise, that we didn't have the best pipes or something (I am no expert like him) that was plastic. In fact, we couldn't even turn the water off. The builders of the home were trying to save money. Sergio recommended that so we could actually turn off the water, if needed, we should replace them with metal ones. He did that too! It ended up being a MUCH longer day than Sergio expected, but he did it with a smile and he did it beyond my satisfaction! The toilet no longer leaks, the faucets look fantastic, and the underneath the sinks look cleaner and really ready for any emergency that could come up! Can't wait to hire Sergio again when we redo our master bathroom! He's a great guy and we need more folks like Sergio in the world, as he was just a good person too! Thanks so much Sergio!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are a set fee for particular installation. Lets say its a toilet installation for each toilet install I have a set fee if its more than 2 toilets I lower my fee. Question as a customer should always keep in open mind. That sometimes your flange could be damaged your cut off valve. Or sometimes all you need is a mechanism repair kit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process to work with a new customers is to get as much information. Aswell as set a free in home estimate and give the customer options and save money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 8 years of experience in plumbing and as a contractor out in California for 12 years I have seen a little bit of everything specially having hands on experience.
