- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use two pricing models when working with clients. Option 1 (month to month fee structure) I am going to state a $750 monthly fee with a $750.00 retainer. Option 2 (Per project fee structure) Fee will be determined based upon desired deliverables with $1000 retainer to be applied to total bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first begin with an initial face-to-face consultation to meet all parties involved and to discuss and firm up potential clients needs and goals. Once hired the following takes place: Whiteboard session 1 *Whiteboard session 2 *Whiteboard session 3 Deliver list of options to achieve clients desired goals and outcomes. Take action on selected options, producing deliverables.
