- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Compare apples to apples. Don't fall for the low price bait and switch trick. Make sure you know what is included in your quote and what is additional (vacuuming, pre-spotting, quick drying, stain removal etc)
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all carpet cleaners are the same. Many cleaners will quote a low price just to get in the home then they"bait and switch" and heavily increase the price when they are in homes. We always quote our deep extraction cleaning price when we are quoting jobs. Additional charges apply for reapplying protectant and pet urine issues etc but our deep extraction system price is inclusive of cleaning, vacuuming and quick drying.
