Introduction: I never compromise the taste of my cake for design. The cake can look good, but does it taste just asgood? I want my customers to know that when they hire my catering services, that they will be satisfied with the look and the taste. I love seeing my customers reaction when they first see a dessert table set-up or a custom cake creation. I really enjoy seeing their reaction when they taste my cake for the first time.

Lauren is a wonderful lady to work with. I asked alot of questions before placing my order for a specialty bachelorette party cake. I had no idea what I wanted and she had ideas ready to go. I gave her less than a week's notice and she was still able to personally deliver the cake on site to the bachelorette party- and earlier than I was expecting. You can't beat service like that. I would definitely do business with Lauren again and refer her services to others. As it was a party, the cake was not cut immediately, so normally you'd think that the cake would be stale or dry by the time guests were ready to indulge. Not if you're eating any sweet prepared by Sweet Thangs by Lo! It was just right! Very fresh, sweet, and not in the least stale. I highly recommend using her for any baking needs for a party or if you just have a sweet tooth. She could certainly fulfill any request needed.

Lauren was amazing! It was my first time using her for my birthday celebration and she executed my ideas perfectly! I had a red velvet cake with buttercream icing! I told her I didn't like fondant but I want the cake to be smooth and she said no problem! It was exquisite! Also, I ordered 2 dozen strawberry cupcakes! The only thing is, and this was completely my fault, I forgot to tell her not to put as much icing on the cupcakes and she made them look dazzling, it was just a lot of icing for myself. My friends and family loved every bit of the cake and cupcakes. I highly recommend her to anyone in her area. She's very professional, very caring and a wonderful pastry master! She executes everything she does!

I am from New Orleans and I am very picky when it comes to baking and how things taste. I found Lauren's page on Instagram when I was browsing through. I don't know of any bakers in Texas but Walmart and I was giving my sister a baby shower I wanted her with a very elaborate cake that I know Walmart couldn't make so I took my chances with Lauren and the comments people were leaving on her Instagram page made me want to try her even more especially with the different flavors she has. My experience with Lauren was very outstanding I came to her on last minute basis for my sisters baby shower and I need a cake with in a couple of weeks.I sent Lauren the photo and she told me she could do it for me. Lauren made me a Red Velvet Onesie cake that was so delicious and moist everyone at the baby shower enjoyed the cake and got Lauren's information. I will be ordering plenty more of cakes from. She gets more than 5 stars from me.

Sweet Thangs By Lo' Michelle is AMAZING! Lo is very creative with the designs for your oder. Half the time I only know of my theme and no clue on how to express it. Lo has the passion to take any idea and bake you a masterpiece! She is very professional and timely, which allows me to relax and wait to enjoy my delicious treats! My most recent order of 4 dozen cupcakes for my cousin's bridal shower hailed me praises all month! The ladies enjoyed how moist, delicious, and beautiful they were and loved the variety of choices. Having options from real fruit inside to Champagne infused within the cupcakes made for the perfect way to please everyone! Thank you Lauren for all your hard work and God given talent. You have me as your customer, fan, and advertiser for LIFE!! Stay blessed.
