Chef Mac has done a couple of jobs for me. She made a beautiful strawberry shortcake birthday cake for my friend's daughter. Everyone loved it and it tasted amazing! Chef also prepared two weeks of individual freezer meals for me. The food was delicious and healthy. She spent one day in my kitchen and I had the convenience of gourmet meals I could pop in the microwave. She labeled and dated everything and provided instructions, where necessary. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

She is very knowledgeable in every menu she works at. She varies her meals to satisfy the desires of the guests. She can use products in ways you would never imagine. Her food is great and her style is amazing.

She is an amazing chef. She knows how to do amazing vegetarian plates where you won't even believe it doesn't have meat. She knows her foods well and knows how to combine it well.

I am not a person that eats red meat, but each time chef Rhonie Mac has cooked for my husband and I she did red meat, it was great it was so tender, I think I will eat more red meat now that she has let me know that It is all about the way it is cooked, Thank you Chef Rhonie Mac
