- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my pricing worth the while as I have discovered that too many people are throwing away their good computers due to the fact that the pricing are equivalent or almost to the price of a new one. I always advise my clients if it's worth the while to invest in their equipment and in most cases it usually is. After all it's just a sophisticated typewriter. We are not utilizing the full potential of the computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am looking to be Microsoft Certified this year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to go into computer repairs when I couldn't realize my dream of becoming a medical doctor. Now I get a real satisfaction when i get a computer working properly.
