Introduction: I provide individual, couples and family counseling. I have experience in helping individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and with adjustment issues. I enjoy helping couples improve their relationship, and to reduce friction in families. I am very optimistic in nature, and seek to establish a rapport in helping clients achieve their goals, and help them to reach their potential.
