Rick was amazing! I was concerned about a possible case and reached out to get advice from Rick. He called me on a Saturday.. almost immediately and took all of my questions, answered them all and helped lower my level of anxiety ! I now have a plan thanks to Rick. Rick Cohen answered my calls every night to assure me he was taking care of my husbands case. He managed to get the warrants recalled without my husband appearing. On our first consultation, He spoke to me for over an hour to understand my husbands complicated case matters. He’s very sincere and actually cares about helping families even with the recommendations he advises on the route to dismissal. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a task (flat fee) based fee structure as opposed to an hourly rate. This removes the fear that fees will increase based on more time or work required to achieve a particular result. Payment plans are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet potential clients in person if possible, otherwise I can Skype or i-chat an interview if time and distance is a factor. Each client and case is unique. I like to make sure the chemistry is right and the client is comfortable with my personality.
