I put in a request and within a minute I was on the phone with someone then within the hour they were at my parents house to give the diagnosis. They replaced my water heater and were very great to work with!

Brendan does excellent work, and the up-front pricing sets them apart in this industry. Brendan diagnosed my clogging toilet and clearly explained the options. He also fixed my slow running faucet.
