FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a team so you will end up getting a blended rate of me, my paralegal, legal assistants etc. I would be the person representing you at any hearing etc but I have staff do less complicated matters so that you are not billed my rate for easy tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will initially reach out to you via phone or email however you prefer, send you some paperwork to fill out electronically , and then schedule a full consultation to discuss all of your questions and concerns. We do not charge a consultation fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been licensed by the State Bar of Texas for over 10 years and been practicing exclusively family law for over 9 years. I am also licensed in federal court. I am a member of the State Bar College, which is an exclusive organization of attorneys based on continuing legal education requirements. I have first chaired contested final trials, mediations, temporary orders hearings, protective order hearings, etc. I enjoy being in the courtroom, however I also understand that settlement can oftentimes be in my clients best interests
