- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here you get the best bang for your buck. We are quality attorneys at quality prices. We do NOT leave loose ends in a case, and make sure all closing documents are completed. I can't tell you how often we are hired to clean up a case and make sure closing documents get done. We also offer a couple of attorneys with different levels of experience and different hourly rates, so we can find one that fits your case and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much information as possible over the phone. In today's day and age, we can do most of the case through email, but we still like to prepare for a hearing or trial by having the client come into the office and go through what will happen, the testimony, and likely cross-examination. We find that this is the best way to prepare you for a hearing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes - we are required to do continuing legal education. I also am part of the College of the State Bar of Texas, which means I go well above just the required number of hours. This is important to me because the more I know, the more I can help you.
