- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? When seeking out an attorney it is good to know what the attorney's hourly fee is as well as how much they require the client to advance towards their case. Asking for retainer amounts as well as if a firm offer's payment plans can give you a inside on whether you will be able to afford the attorney's services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We typically set up each prospective client with a strategy session. We offer solutions as well as discuss possible fees associated with the case and retainer amounts.
