- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on equipment needed and the size of the event. I offer video and lighting with all of my events, but the scale of the equipment can vary from in-home parties to ballroom events. I would definitely consider offering discounts for charitable/fundraising events!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Details, Details, Details! I approach every opportunity as if I'm planning my own personal event. As soon as the customer contacts me I eagerly attain all the information needed to plan for a successful event, and throughout the process ensure we have constant communication to make certain nothing is missed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the casino event industry since 2008, which involves detailed communication with party planners and corporate clients to ensure events are executed flawlessly. While working as a DJ, the process has been exactly the same.
