We used Reid for the last 3 months before we moved and he has been incredibly helpful for my wife and I. We travel a lot and needed help with our 3 dogs and he was always willing to help. The biggest upside for us was his ability to connect quickly with our dogs. Which is usually very difficult for our dog Kacey. Would highly recommend!

Our family cannot recommend Reid enough! We have been extremely thankful for the amazing and reliable care he has provided in taking care of and walking our dog Izzy. Izzy is anxious and at times fearful of walking new places but she comes bouncing out of her kennel, tail wagging, when she sees Reid. Reid worked to establish a trusting relationship with our dog to help her feel more comfortable. He is timely, reliable always leaves great notes and pictures of the time spent together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Od course each customers needs are different so I fit my process to their needs. Everything starts with either a virtual visit or in person visit to see how I can assist. If the work involves animals I have a list of questions to insure the animals safety including… dietary restrictions, heath concerns, and medications. Next I ask if there are any specialized needs for the animals including anxiety, ability to socialize and so on. Finally, I ensure we have emergency contact information and the vets contact information to be safe. Again my goal is to make sure you and your family are confident that your animals are being taken care of.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who asks the right questions and is excited to help.
