- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Od course each customers needs are different so I fit my process to their needs. Everything starts with either a virtual visit or in person visit to see how I can assist. If the work involves animals I have a list of questions to insure the animals safety including… dietary restrictions, heath concerns, and medications. Next I ask if there are any specialized needs for the animals including anxiety, ability to socialize and so on. Finally, I ensure we have emergency contact information and the vets contact information to be safe. Again my goal is to make sure you and your family are confident that your animals are being taken care of.
